Dear friends and fellow bloggers,

Well it's that time of year when a couple of friends and I share Christmas ornaments. We have exchanged for many years and nothing was going to stop us this time. The post is being a little unpredictable but I'm hoping things will make it through on time.

The first ornaments to arrive this year were between Carol and I. I chose a chart from Crocette a Gogo called Christmas Green Chic and decided on the bell.

40ct Flax Newcastle Zweigart linen.
Threads as recommended.
Stitched 1 over 2.
Finished as a flat ornament with handmade cording.

The ornaments must of crossed right across the middle of the ocean as we both received on the same day. Carol chose one of my favourite designers, The Drawn Thread and stitched the "Joy" ornament from "The Joys of Christmas" chart. It's so pretty. Thank you so much Carol.

  10. Two pretty ornaments.
I'm finding that the postal services are slow at the moment and it's likely that all my Christmas stitching won't arrive until the New Year!
